Cancellation Cancel 14 Day Before Arrival. Cancellation penalty is $30 including tax. You may cancel or change the reservation up to 14 days in advance of arrival date during winter or 2 days in advance of arrival date during summer with a 30 dollar change/cancellat

Guarantee Deposit: 25Aug2009 to 22Aug2012 - A deposit of the first nights room and tax is required at the time the reservation is made. Exceptions may apply during holidays special events or conventions.
